TERMS OF USE

for the "SongMe" mobile application

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the owner of the SongMe application (the "Administration") and the user (the "User").

1.2 By starting to use the Application, the User confirms that they have:

• read these Terms
• accepted the Privacy Policy
• accepted the Public Offer

1.3 If the User does not agree with these Terms, they must stop using the Application.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE

2.1 SongMe is an AI service for creating musical content.

2.2 The Application allows the User to:

• create songs from text
• create songs from audio (humming, voice)
• generate song lyrics
• create AI covers
• use voice cloning (creating a model of the user's voice)

2.3 The Application uses third-party AI services (including Suno, GPT).

2.4 The Administration acts as a technical intermediary and is not the developer of the AI models.

3. ACCESS MODEL AND LIMITS

3.1 The Application uses a credit system:

• 1 generation = 1 credit

3.2 Free users have access to:

• limited functionality
• song previews (up to 20 seconds)

3.3 A paid subscription provides:

• more credits
• access to the full version of songs
• extended features

3.4 Unused credits may expire at the end of the subscription period.

3.5 Only one generation can run per user at a time.

4. RULES OF USE

The User agrees to use the Application only for lawful purposes and NOT to:

4.1 It is prohibited to create content that:

• violates the laws of the Russian Federation
• contains violence, threats, or discrimination
• infringes copyright
• contains personal data of third parties without their consent
• contains prohibited or harmful content

4.2 It is prohibited to:

• attempt to bypass the system's limits
• use bots or automation outside of the permitted functionality
• interfere with the operation of the service
• attempt to gain access to the API or source code

5. AI CONTENT AND LIABILITY

5.1 The User understands that:

• AI may generate inaccurate or unpredictable content
• the result may not match expectations

5.2 The User bears full responsibility for:

• the content created
• its use
• the consequences of distributing it

5.3 The Administration is not liable for the results of generation.

6. VOICE CLONING

6.1 The User may upload audio to create a voice model.

6.2 The User guarantees that they:

• are using only their own voice
• or have the right to use the voice of a third party

6.3 The Administration is not liable for any infringement of third-party rights.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All rights to the Application belong to the Administration.

7.2 The User:

• retains rights to their original materials
• receives the right to use the generated content

7.3 The User is responsible for complying with copyright law.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

8.1 The Application is provided "as is".

8.2 The Administration does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation
• the accuracy of results

8.3 The Administration is not liable for:

• failures of AI services
• temporary unavailability
• the actions of the User

8.4 Maximum liability is limited to the amount of the last payment.

9. ACCESS RESTRICTION

9.1 The Administration may restrict a user's access in the event of:

• violation of these Terms
• attempts to bypass the system
• abuse of the service

9.2 No refund is issued in such cases.

10. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE

10.1 The Administration has the right to:

• change functionality
• add or remove features
• change limits

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

11.1 The Administration has the right to amend these Terms.

11.2 The new version takes effect upon publication.

12. TERMINATION OF USE

12.1 The User may stop using the Application at any time.

12.2 A subscription is cancelled separately (see the Public Offer).

13. DISPUTES

13.1 Disputes are resolved through a pre-trial procedure.

13.2 The response period for a claim is 30 days.

13.3 The applicable law is the law of the Russian Federation.
