1.1 This document is an official offer (public offer) to enter into an agreement with an individual (the "User").
1.2 In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document constitutes a public offer.
1.3 Acceptance of the Offer is deemed to occur upon:
registering in the SongMe application
using the Application's functionality
subscribing or paying for services
1.4 From the moment of acceptance, the User is deemed to have entered into the agreement.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
2.1 The Service provides the ability to:
create musical compositions using AI
generate song lyrics
create AI covers
2.2 Generation is performed using third-party AI services (including Suno).
2.3 The result of generation may differ from the User's expectations.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
3.1 The Provider grants access to the Service's functionality.
3.2 The User pays for the services.
4. CREDITS AND GENERATIONS
1 generation = 1 credit
free users have access to a preview (up to 20 seconds)
full access is available only with a subscription
the Provider has the right to change these terms
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Payment is made by bank card via Robokassa.
all payments are settled in Russian rubles (RUB) via Robokassa, a Russian payment processor; prices shown in US dollars ($) are indicative and provided for the convenience of international users
settlements are non-cash
prices may change
6. SUBSCRIPTION AND RECURRING PAYMENTS
weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions are available
the subscription renews automatically
payment is charged on the subscription date
the charge may be processed within 24 hours
The User agrees to automatic recurring charges.
7. CANCELLING THE SUBSCRIPTION
via the App Store / Google Play
via the Application
no refund is issued upon cancellation
8. REFUNDS
in the event of a technical error
if the service cannot be provided
review period of up to 10 days
9. PRICE CHANGES
prices may change
the User is notified in advance
new terms apply from the next billing period
10. LIABILITY
the Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of results
the Provider is not liable for the User's content
the Provider is not liable for failures of AI services
11. PERSONAL DATA
processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy
consent is given upon use of the Application
12. FORCE MAJEURE
The parties are released from liability in the event of force majeure.
13. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
The Provider has the right to amend the terms of this Offer.
14. TERM
This Offer is valid indefinitely.
15. DISPUTES
resolved in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation
