CONSENT TO PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

for the "SongMe" mobile application

I, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Parshin Pavel Borisovich (the "Operator") to process my personal data when using the "SongMe" mobile application (the "Application") under the following terms:

1. SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA

This consent is given for the processing of the following data:

1.1 Identification data

• internal user identifier
• device identifier

1.2 User content

• text prompts (song descriptions)
• audio recordings (voice, humming, uploaded files)
• generated songs and covers
• generation history

1.3 Data for voice cloning

• audio recordings provided by the User to create a voice model

1.4 Technical data

• device type
• OS version
• interface language
• error and performance data

1.5 Payment data

Processed exclusively by the payment aggregator: Robokassa LLC (TIN 5047069185).

The Operator does not receive or store bank card data.

2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Personal data is used for:

• generating songs and musical content using AI
• processing audio and text prompts
• operating the voice cloning feature
• fulfilling obligations under the Public Offer
• managing the subscription and credits
• technical support
• improving the service
• analytics (in anonymized form)
• compliance with the laws of the Russian Federation

3. METHODS OF PROCESSING

Processing may be carried out:

• in an automated manner
• in a non-automated manner

It includes:

• collection, storage, use, transfer, anonymization, deletion

4. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

The Operator has the right to transfer data to:

Payment systems:

• Robokassa LLC — for processing payments

AI providers:

• generation services (including Suno, GPT, etc.). The following is transferred: text prompts, audio, generation parameters

• cloud services (for data storage and operation of the Application)
• government authorities (in cases provided for by law)

5. USER RIGHTS

I am aware that I have the right to:

• withdraw my consent
• request access to my data
• demand correction or deletion
• submit requests

6. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

Consent may be withdrawn by sending a request to the email:

Consequences of withdrawal:

• account deletion
• deletion of personal data
• termination of access to the service
• except in cases provided for by law

7. VALIDITY PERIOD

This consent is valid:

• from the moment the Application is first used
• until it is withdrawn

8. CONFIRMATION OF CONSENT

I confirm that I:

• have read the Privacy Policy
• have read the Public Offer
• understand the purposes of data processing
